I’m Georgia, and I’d love to tell you more about me and the business itself. Following a house move I decided I needed more flexibility in my working life, and with a background in admin and customer service, starting my own business as a virtual assistant seemed to make perfect sense. With a family link to Spain, I love how Valiosa translates to ‘valuable’ in Spanish. I truly believe that a VA can be one of the most valuable commodities to any business owner or entrepreneur.

Having trained and worked in customer service for a number of years, providing the very best customer experience on behalf of my clients is really important to me. As a VA, it’s my aim to support general admin, take away any unnecessary distractions and free up time for all my clients. And I admit, seeing a client regain valuable time and being able to reach their own goals gives me great satisfaction.

I’ve always been self-motivated with a high level of attention to detail and can be a calm, level headed member of the team. I enjoy building strong relationships and, as a natural problem solver, I relish solving issues, overcoming challenges and exceeding the expectations of my clients.

Away from the office I love learning new things and you can often find me lost in a good book. I also enjoy travel, horse riding and spending time with family and friends. Having flexibility and enjoying a good work/life balance is important to me – so I understand completely when this is a goal of my clients too.
